Dr. Armin McCrea-Dastur, PhD

With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Armin has been a driving force in various industries, including business, sports, and academia. As a distinguished leadership and human resource professional, Armin is renowned for her expertise in culture transformation, succession planning, change management, performance management, leadership development, and more. Armin holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with a rich academic background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Sport Psychology.

Armin has held pivotal roles at leading organizations like CoreCivic, EssilorLuxottica, Danone, and Kraft/Mondelez International contributing significantly to talent management, DEI, and organizational development. Her sports industry experience, notably her tenure with the University of North Carolina Men’s Basketball team, complete with a championship ring, adds a unique perspective to her expertise.

Armin is dedicated to evolving our organizational culture, with a strong emphasis on wellness founded in diversity and inclusion. She is passionate about developing high-performing leaders and teams that drive extraordinary business results, in line with our commitment to meaningful and sustainable change in corrections.
