Chad Miller

Board Director

Chad brings over twenty years of corrections experience and has served in various senior leadership roles, including nine years as a Warden over five separate facilities.  He is a results-oriented executive and is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, proactive approach, and keen ability to translate complex operational concepts into viable action plans. Chad blends big-picture visions with tactical processes to build trust among core partners and inspire growth within an organization.

In addition to correctional leadership, Chad has extensive experience with contract procurement and compliance. He has worked in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Marshals, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and other federal, state, local, and private agencies throughout his corrections career.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from California State University-Bakersfield and a Graduate Certificate in Correctional Leadership from Eastern Kentucky University.
