Eli Oaks

Research Fellow

Eli is a research fellow at Social Purpose Corrections. He is an undergraduate candidate for a B.A. in English at Dartmouth College, where he wrote his thesis on the development of American Southern literature in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. In addition to his responsibilities at SPC, he is a research fellow with the Cicero Institute, specializing in communications, homelessness, and public safety policy.
