Since 2008, “Ro” has provided extensive support, coaching, and private counsel to wives, girlfriends, sisters, mothers, and family members around the world who have an incarcerated loved one. She has served her community as a leader, life coach, counselor and family advocate.

Her book titled “The Comeback Code” serves as an invaluable resource for anyone in need of inspiration and sound strategies engaged in the process of self discovery, personal development and relationship enhancement. In recent years, Ro has begun working with media representatives, as both a consultant and talent, to help bring attention to the mental, emotional and physical well-being of those citizens suffering through the long-term separation and ongoing support of an incarcerated loved one. In the fall of 2022, Ro & her husband Adam created Gritability, a podcast that highlights the power of perseverance, overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds to attain the life of your dreams.

On the personal side, Ro has a passion for her family, exercise and fitness. She has a degree in Sports Medicine and is the Founder of Fit Beautiful Life. She was also Former Ms. Fitness New Jersey.
